Octopus Revenue was founded by Sarah Thompson, a hotel revenue manager with over 20 years experience in the hospitality sector in front office management, rooms operations and over the previous 13 years, specialising in hotel revenue management.

Sarah has worked with major chains and independent groups gaining a broad spectrum of knowledge within the industry. Sarah’s key strengths include hotel revenue management strategies, pricing and distribution, revenue optimisation, revenue analysis, inventory management, forecasting, revenue management courses and development.
